The Technician Level 2-3 will be responsible for ensuring the support and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure and IP telephony.
Resolve problems related to end users’ satisfaction by providing a helpdesk service;
Improve and document the internal procedures of the company;
Work proactively to reduce recurring problems received from the helpdesk;
Maintain and use the ticketing system for the follow-up of support inquiries;
Perform networking tasks related to IP routing;
Configure and update workstations, hardware and software;
Solve PC problems, printers, network, software.
