Technical Writer

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Writer will be responsible of writing and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation for the main application developed by the company.

MORE PRECISELY

Analyze and correct existing documentation;

Describe the features of the software and write training guides;

Ensure that users have access to all information;

Popularize software development specifications to facilitate user understanding;

Work in collaboration with the Product Manager to follow the evolution of the application.

PROFILE

2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Product Owner;

Experience in writing bilingual IT documentation;

Ability to interpret software specifications;

Experience in a software development team (asset);

Skills in popularizing technical concepts and document structure;

Experience in the field of video editing, revenue management and / or transport (assets);

Team spirit and communication skills;

BAC in computer science or equivalent;

Bilingualism required (French and English).
