Team Lead / ERP Project Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 8 people (IT Project Managers and IT Business Analysts) while managing the delivery of ERP implementation projects to the company’s various clients.

• Ensure optimal management, from taking needs to delivery and support
• Monitor the progress of projects, anticipate risks, manage deadlines and budgets
• Maintain technical documentation, produce various reports, and keep customers informed
• Monitor priorities, coach the team, and ensure the success of each project

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Professional experience in team management
• Experience in ERP system implementation
• Knowledge of Sage X3 (strong asset)
• Leadership and strong spirit of collaboration
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
