TCS Software Support Analyst (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a TCS Software Support Analyst for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Support employees on the use of the TCS BaNCS application;
• Provide level 1, 2 and 3 technical support;
• Efficiently solve problems and carry out the necessary configurations.

PROFILE

• 5+ years of IT experience;
• Good knowledge of the TCS BaNCS application;
• Professional experience in application support;
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• English required.
