Tasks/Responsibilities
The System/Network Administrator will be responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, while providing technical support to the 190 employees.
MORE PRECISELY
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations
- Administer the network, configure servers, and solve technical problems
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and applications
- Work in a Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, VMware, vSphere environment
- Analyze the source and recurrence of problems, then provide solutions
- Ensure IT security, monitor technology and promote continuous improvement
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as System/Network Administrator
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory
- Good knowledge of VMware, vSphere, and VPN/WAN networks
- Interest in IT support tasks
- Experience in the industrial sector (asset)
- Communication skills and good customer service
- Focused on continuous improvement and problem solving
- DEC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
