Tasks/Responsibilities

The Technician will be responsible for level 1 and 2 support to employees of a financial firm, in order to solve technical problems.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Manage the different requests while respecting the level of urgency and priority;

Provide support by phone, email or in person;

Configure the computer equipment and perform the updates;

Participate in the backup, archiving and restoration of data;

Maintain technical documentation and IT equipment inventory.

Profile

  • 3+ years experience as Support Technician
  • Strong customer service skills and IT support
  • Experience in Windows environment
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
