The Support Technician will be responsible for supporting the company’s employees on all IT issues by responding to requests and resolving problems.
Provide telephone support to employees;
Analyze requests received, participate in problem solving and follow up;
Support hardware and Glassview (POS);
Install and configure workstations and software;
Add, edit, or remove domain user accounts;
Manage mailboxes in Office 365;
Participate in maintaining the computer inventory (equipment, software, etc.);
Write the documentation for each event.
