Tasks/Responsibilities

 

The Support Technician will be responsible for supporting the company’s employees on all IT issues by responding to requests and resolving problems.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Provide telephone support to employees;

Analyze requests received, participate in problem solving and follow up;

Support hardware and Glassview (POS);

Install and configure workstations and software;

Add, edit, or remove domain user accounts;

Manage mailboxes in Office 365;

Participate in maintaining the computer inventory (equipment, software, etc.);

Write the documentation for each event.

Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Windows 10
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory and TCP / IP networks
  • Experience in troubleshooting applications
  • the shift will be from 13h to 21h
  • AEC in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Bilingual (French and English).
