Tasks/Responsibilities

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting external clients on the company’s product. He or she will be responsible for customer relations.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Ensure constant communication with clients;

Analyze their requests and follow up with the internal teams;

Suggest new products to customers as well as personalized functionalities;

Ensure customer satisfaction and mobilize the necessary resources;

Collaborate with the project management office (analysts, project managers, etc.);

Participate in various internal projects for continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as a Support Analyst – Insurance Systems
  • Insurance experience is a must
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • DEC or BAC in a related field
  • Bilingual (French and English).
