IPTV Specialist

Tasks/Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the installation, maintenance and support of an IPTV service that is provided to the company’s customers. He will be alone in this position but will be required to collaborate with different teams (networks, IP, etc.).

MORE PRECISELY

• Configure new video systems
• Provide support and effectively resolve various problems that users may encounter
• Provide recommendations and technical advice to the various IP and IT teams
• Manage the servers and networks on which IPTV systems are installed
• Guarantee good customer service

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience in a technician position specializing in video systems
• Knowledge of video distribution and streaming, telecommunications and network technologies
• Understanding of encoding systems (CODEC), IP networks and server management
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, proactiveness and team spirit
• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
