The Software Trainer will be responsible for providing leadership, from the pre-sales phase through to solution implementation and ongoing support, to ensure effective end user training delivery, customer proficiency, and successful system uptake that is focused on our clients’ business needs.
Lead a team of accomplished technical training and educational program development professionals;
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure effective and on-time delivery of training services that are tailored to client needs and support key project delivery.
Build an engaging team culture, remove impediments to success, and work collaboratively toward goals.
Develop, analyze, and report metrics to measure client satisfaction, team performance, training program effectiveness, and other KPIs.
Identify knowledge gaps, proficiency barriers, and performance improvement opportunities for both clients and internal staff and target educational program solutions.
Maintain a comprehensive technical understanding of the client software, including supported workflows and optimal hardware and software configurations.
