Tasks/Responsibilities

The Software Support Technician will be responsible of supporting the main business application and plug-ins, with more than 7,000 users in North America.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Analyze the customer’s request for assistance and assess the technical incident;

Research and identify possible diagnostics, then resolve technical problems;

Document solutions and propose improvements to recurring incidents;

Work within a team of 4 technicians, with the Freshdesk ticketing software.

 

 

PROFILE

2+ years of experience as a Software Support Technician;

Experience with ticketing system, ideally Freshdesk (asset);

Ability to solve problems and provide professional client service;

DEC in computer science or equivalent;

Bilingualism (English required, functional French).
