Tasks/Responsibilities

The Software Support Analyst / IT Trainer will be responsible for supporting the growth of the company in Canada by supporting employees on the use of office tools and contributing to their technical development.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

  • Work in 50% application support and 50% employee training mode
  • Build training mainly on the use of Microsoft 365, Clio and iManage
  • Write content, create visuals, and keep technical documentation up to date
  • Make presentations during the implementation of new systems
  • Work in collaboration with an IT Technician and an IT Director

 

 

PROFILE

 

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Trainer and/or IT Support
  • Professional experience in training office tools and application support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Knowledge of Clio and/or iManage software (strong asset)
  • Good customer service, communication skills and professionalism
  • BAC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
