Tasks/Responsibilities
The Software Support Analyst / IT Trainer will be responsible for supporting the growth of the company in Canada by supporting employees on the use of office tools and contributing to their technical development.
MORE PRECISELY
- Work in 50% application support and 50% employee training mode
- Build training mainly on the use of Microsoft 365, Clio and iManage
- Write content, create visuals, and keep technical documentation up to date
- Make presentations during the implementation of new systems
- Work in collaboration with an IT Technician and an IT Director
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Trainer and/or IT Support
- Professional experience in training office tools and application support
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Knowledge of Clio and/or iManage software (strong asset)
- Good customer service, communication skills and professionalism
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
