Software Support Analyst (24+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Software Support Analyst for a 24-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

PROJECT

Support employees on the use of applications in the company, provide level 1 and 2 support, effectively solve problems, carry out the necessary configurations and propose improvements to developers.

PROFILE

7+ years of experience as a Software Support Analyst, experience with Oracle and SQL databases, BAC in computer science or equivalent, English required.
