The Software Specialist will be responsible for software support and will be the point of contact between internal R&D teams and clients around the world.
Support clients during the creation of new functionalities and software maintenance;
Document the history of problems and solutions applied, then maintain a customer register;
Ensure that the project schedule is respected and keep the client informed;
Work closely with the various software development and engineering teams.
Experience as a Software Specialist (strong asset);
Knowledge of object-oriented programming and C/C ++ programming skills;
Experience in Windows environment and Microsoft Foundation Class (MFC);
Knowledge of SDK and API;
Versatility, attention to detail and sense of organization;
Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills;
Be open to travel abroad during product conferences;
BAC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingual (English required and functional French).
