The Software Specialist will be responsible of providing technical support to the various clients of the company, especially on the applications and the ERP system they use.
Process telephone and electronic requests from users;
Investigate and effectively resolve technical problems;
Carry out various technical tests in order to identify the optimal solutions;
Perform user follow-ups and provide high quality service;
Work closely with the developer team.
1+ year of experience in Technical Support;
Professional experience specializing in software support;
Good knowledge of Oracle databases;
Proficiency in SQL and Azure;
BAC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
