Software Principal Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Software Principal Director will be responsible for managing ten people, including three managers (internal development team, BI team, application support team), to provide an overview of application development (mainly on C#, Microsoft, Azure, AWS, QlikView).

• Manage the 3 departments, establish the vision and the best strategies to put in place
• Coach managers and contribute to the professional development of the team
• Work in a context of growth, digital shift, and reorganization for greater efficiency
• Ensure that the application architect is efficient and robust

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as Director (managing at least 10 people)
• Specialized experience in Application Development (solution implementation, change management)
• Knowledge of C#, Microsoft, Azure, AWS, QlikView environment
• Experience in the manufacturing and/or retail sector
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
