Software Development Team Lead

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Software Development Team Lead will be responsible of supporting a team of 5 developers, while reporting to the IT Director.

MORE PRECISELY

Orchestrate software architecture and prioritize development tasks;

Analyze functional needs and translate them into technical specifications;

Carry out the code review, then coach and mobilize the team;

Work in Agile mode, lead the scrum every morning and the two-week sprints;

Work in a Java, Ext.JS, Oracle environment.

PROFILE

7+ years of experience as a Java Developer;

Professional experience in team management;

Good knowledge of Agile methodology;

Knowledge of EXT.JS and Oracle;

BAC in computer science or the equivalent;

French required.
