Tasks/Responsibilities
The Director will be responsible for managing the software development team made up of approximately 6 people (IT Analysts, Project Managers, Developers).
MORE PRECISELY
- Lead the software side in a context of major revision of current tools
- Contribute to implementation, optimization, migration, deployment projects, etc.
- Coordinate the activities of each team member and ensure the success of each project
- Work in an environment on Microsoft 365, RentalMan ERP, Salesforce Service Cloud, Power BI
- Ensure sound IT integration during new acquisitions
- Work closely with the VP IT
PROFILE
- 8+ years of experience as Software Development Director / IT Director
- Work experience in an Agile environment
- Human leadership, autonomy, proactivity, and excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power BI
- Knowledge of an ERP system, RentalMan (strong asset)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (asset)
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
