Software Development Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Director will be responsible of managing the software development team composed of two IT Analysts, a Project Manager, and a Developer.

MORE PRECISELY

Lead the application aspect in a context of major revision of current tools;

Contribute to implementation, optimization, migration, deployment projects, etc.;

Coordinate the activities of each team member and ensure the success of each project;

Work in an environment on Microsoft 365, RentalMan ERP, Salesforce Service Cloud, Power BI;

Ensure great IT integration during new acquisitions;

Work closely with the VP IT.

PROFILE

5+ years of experience as a Software Development Manager;

Professional experience with the Agile methodology;

Human leadership, autonomy, and good communication skills;

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power BI;

Knowledge of an ERP system, RentalMan (strong asset);

Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (asset);

BAC in computer science or the equivalent;

Bilingualism required (French and English).
