The Senior IT Technician will be responsible for level 2 technical support for the company’s external customers.
Support clients and understand their needs;
Provide support and effectively resolve technical issues;
Support the project teams during the implementation of the WMS at the customers;
Perform deployments in Windows, Active Directory and SQL environments;
Carry out application support and debugging on the WMS in Java as needed (approximately 10% of the time).
5+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Experience in IT support level 2 and above;
Autonomy and good customer approach;
Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL, Java;
Experience with a WMS – Warehouse Management System (strong asset);
DEC in computer science or the equivalent;
Bilingual (French and English).
