Senior IT Technician (6+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Senior IT Technician for a 6-month contract with the possibility of renewal.

MANDATE

• Provide level 2-3 technical support to users both on-site and remotely (via TeamViewer)
  • Manage requests and incidents using the Service Desk tool
  • Oversee IT inventory management
  • Prepare, configure, and deploy workstations
  • Perform system administration tasks (backups, monitoring)
  • Manage access and resources within a Microsoft environment (O365, Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft Defender)

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in IT support (level 2-3)
• Experience in Windows systems administration (backups, monitoring)
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools: O365, Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft Defender
• Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills
• DEC or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• Bilingualism (French required, Functional English)
