Tasks/Responsibilities
The Senior IT Technician will be responsible for performing level 2-3 technical support to company employees via a ticketing system.

- Effectively solve computer problems encountered by employees
- Perform the configuration of the company’s new workstations and keep them up to date
- Work in an environment on Windows, Microsoft 365, VMware
- Work at the heart of an international team of 8 people and report to the IT Infrastructure Director
- Support other technicians and contribute to their development
PROFILE
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Technician
- Ability to support all levels and contribute to the development of colleagues
- Professional experience in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
- Good communication and customer service skills, empathy, and patience
- DEP in computer science or the equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
