The Manager will be responsible of supervising the execution of the training strategy specialized on new SAP deployments to 1,200 employees internationally.
Develop the project training strategy (target employees, deliverables, tools, methods, etc.);
Create training plans, update material, coordinate translation and plan schedules;
Supervise logistics (registrations, reservations, preparations, equipments availabilities);
Ensure that all projects are a success (necessary equipment, environment, trainers, logistics);
Be an integral part of the Change Management team of the Project Management Office (PMO).
5+ years of experience as a Training Manager;
Experience in SAP implementations or other ERP system;
Good knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Professional experience in a large company;
Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills;
BAC in management, computer science or equivalent;
