The SAP HR Functional Analyst will be responsible for proposing, designing and validating SAP solutions for IT projects by collaborating with the entire team
Write and validate the functional specifications of developments and multiple requests for changes;
Document solutions according to the methodologies used;
Configure various SAP HR modules such as HR, Payroll, Organizational Management, Time Management and Benefits;
Perform unit tests and validate them;
Design control tools and management indicators from SAP ECC 6.0;
Act as Level 1 to Level 3 resource person in the SAP HR and Payroll area of expertise with the Internal Client department;
Implement support packs, change of laws and OSS notes.
5+ years of experience as a SAP HR Functional Analyst;
Experience with the use of interface;
Ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly;
Kronos experience (asset);
CONCUR knowledge (asset);
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingual (French and English).
