The SAP HR Business Analyst (Payroll) will be responsible for different sectors of the company in his field of expertise
Manage day-to-day payroll operations on time;
Conduct the needs analysis of the evolution of the software packages according to the objectives of the internal customers;
Perform and maintain a constant watch for discrepancies between the specific needs of the market and the functionalities offered by the solutions by ensuring communications with internal customers;
Actively participate in ad hoc projects as well as change requests up to production, including user acceptance testing and post-implementation support;
Provide support to different areas of the company in its field of expertise for more complex product use and configuration as well as production of complex reports.
