Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s Salesforce CRM projects to transform the way things are done and optimize operational processes.
MORE PRECISELY
- Implement project management techniques and methods (deadlines, quality standards, etc.)
- Establish the project roadmap and orchestrate budgets
- Ensure delivery efficiency and maximize profitability
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
- Work in close collaboration with around twenty resources (integrators, developers, etc.)
- Report to the National PMO Director and work at the heart of a team of 5 project managers
- Participate in healthy change management and find innovative solutions
PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Professional experience in Salesforce implementation
- Desire to remain hands-on, experience in roadmap and budget management
- Strong team spirit and collaboration
- PMP certification (strong asset)
- BAC in computer science, project management, or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
