The Administrator will be responsible for the company’s Salesforce platform and for supporting approximately 180 internal users around the world.
Administer the Salesforce platform (highly customized for the company);
Contribute to continuous improvement in order to ensure the performance of Salesforce;
Maximize use, support users and participate in their training;
Perform updates as well as maintenance of user accounts, reports and dashboards.
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator;
Experience in an Agile environment (strong asset);
Analytical mind and optimization oriented;
Salesforce certification required;
Cloud certification (asset);
Degree in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
