The Project Office Manager will be responsible of building the project management office (PMO) and ensuring the delivery of the company’s project portfolio, which is in a major shift towards SAP S/4HANA.
MORE PRECISELY
Set up the foundations of the PMO and align project planning;
Promote the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives and better prioritization of projects;
Ensure the implementation of change management plans and team satisfaction;
Maximize the efficiency of resource allocation, speed of execution and quality of deliverables;
Optimize project management and delivery processes;
Work in an environment on SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft.
PROFILE
3+ years of experience as Project Office Manager (PMO);
10+ years of project management experience in medium/large companies;
Professional experience in setting up or leading a new project office;
BAC in computer science or the equivalent;
PMP and/or Agile certifications (strong assets);
Bilingualism required (French and English).
