The Project Manager will take charge of the company’s HR solutions in order to ensure quality deliverables that meet requirements optimally.
Establish the approach to the projects and the creation of the work plan;
Manage deadlines and deliverables, while ensuring budget monitoring;
Optimize project performance and ensure compliance with quality assurance;
Provide weekly reports on status, risks and issues.
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
2+ years of recent experience in HR Systems, such as Workday, Kronos, SAP HR or SAP HCM;
Good knowledge of MS Project and Excel;
Experience in HR processes and solutions (payroll, time / attendance management, compensation management);
Versatility and leadership sought after;
Openness to occasional trips (around 10%);
BAC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
