The POS Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, gathering and documenting the business needs, as well as configuring the POS servers.
Participate in the different stages of the project (from set-up to configuration);
Identify, define, analyze and document the project’s needs;
Propose solutions and implement new POS applications;
Ensure quality, integrity and manage the update rollout cycle;
Ensure POS servers administration and backups;
Provide expertise in file transfer and manage activities that are related;
Provide support on all undocumented POS problems;
Document and update the call center database.
