The POS Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the company’s point-of-sale systems, while participating in a major project for the implementation of self-service checkouts in the various branches.
Carry out needs assessment, document business requirements and establish functional specifications;
Provide support to branches and participate in implementation and optimization projects;
Design project plans and development requests;
Promote communication and participate in the development of procedures;
Write documentation and keep it up to date.
3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst;
Experience with POS systems and in the retail industry;
Strong communication skills, rigor, initiative, organization, leadership;
Analytical mind and good pressure/stress management skills;
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
