Tasks/Responsibilities
The PLM Analyst will be responsible for analyzing clients’ business needs regarding the company’s product lifecycle management (PLM) solution, currently on PTC Windchill software.
MORE PRECISELY
- Carry out needs analysis and establish functional specifications
- Manage the workshops, configure the software, and present the solution modules
- Maintain technical documentation up to date and participate in user training
- Promote optimal management of strategic processes throughout the product life cycle
- Participate in the success of the design through to the marketing of the product
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / IT Functional Analyst
- Professional experience in developing solutions (strong asset)
- Knowledge of a PLM solution, ideally PTC Windchill software
- Technical analytical mind and good communication skills
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
