PHP Development Team Lead

Tasks/Responsibilities

The PHP Development Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding all web and application development across two teams while contributing to the progress of ongoing web projects.

• Participate in the design and architecture of PHP web and application solutions
• Manage client relationships for technical aspects and take part in strategic meetings with external clients
• Supervise development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering team cohesion
• Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint follow-ups

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in PHP development, including 3+ years as a team lead
• Experience in PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices
• College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree (BAC) in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
