Tasks/Responsibilities
The PCO (Governance) will be responsible for coordinating IT projects to support the organization by providing an overview of the progress of the various projects.
MORE PRECISELY
- Bring a senior level of expertise to the team and coach junior PCOs as needed
- Coordinate a portfolio of large-scale projects in an organization promoting human impact
- Establish dashboards, track performance indicators, and write reports
- Make various presentations to managers and popularize data (deadlines, budget, etc.)
- Optimize templates and improve deliverable management processes
- Work at the heart of a project office of around 30 people and report to the PMO Director
- Work in an environment on Microsoft Azure, SAP and ServiceNow
PROFILE
- 7+ years of experience as PCO (Project Control Officer)
- Professional experience with Microsoft Project
- Good skills in governance and planning
- Experience in Azure, SAP and/or ServiceNow environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft PPM (asset)
- Ability to present and popularize data
- Communication skills and outgoing personality
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- French required
