The PCO will be part of a brand-new team and will be responsible of supporting the IT Director in the management of projects.
Participate in bringing back in-house various initiated projects;
Ensure the performance of administrative tasks of the IT department;
Support the IT department in the implementation of IT projects;
Track the IT budget, pay invoices, inventory assets and follow up with suppliers;
Write documentation, dashboards, reports, and set up presentations;
Collaborate with upper management for all requests relating to the IT department.
5+ years of experience in the IT field;
Experience in administrative tasks;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Knowledge of the SAP environment (asset);
Dynamism, autonomy and team spirit;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
French required, working English.
