Organizational Development Advisor (Senior)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Advisor will be responsible for maximizing organizational development in the company with a large implementation of SAP S/4HANA and in the midst of a review of the organizational structure linked to a major digital transformation project until 2028.

MORE PRECISELY

• Act in advisory service mode with teams from different departments
• Analyze organizational data, write reports, and issue recommendations
• Contribute to different projects and programs in order to support managers at the organizational strategy level to identify innovations and encourage mobilization around new developments
• Facilitate and host various meetings in order to propel digital transformation in the company
• Work at the heart of an Organizational Development and Change Management team of around 10 people

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Development
• Professional experience with IT projects (strong asset)
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (strong asset)
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfort in hosting and facilitating meetings
• BAC in management, HR, IT or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
