The Mobile Super User will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the mobile operations of different stores.
Analyze the challenges and identify possible solutions;
Execute branch office mobile operations;
Establish mobile best practices;
Participate in iOS analysis and development;
Support and train users as needed.
1+ year of experience as a Mobile Super User;
Strong knowledge of iOS;
Experience in retail businesses (strong asset);
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingual (French and English).
