The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Analyst will be responsible of providing post-implementation application support for the solution to properly support clients
Receive requests and diagnose Level 2 problems;
Provide solutions to customers, while ensuring the establishment of best practices;
Keep the technical documentation up to date and analyze the recurrence of bugs;
Work within a large IT team of approximately 140 people.
4+ years of experience as an IT Support Analyst;
Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365;
Relational skills and team spirit;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism (French and English).
