The Technician will be remotely supporting various corporate clients on Microsoft 365, for level 2 and 3 technical requests.
Assist customers and effectively resolve issues;
Provide technical support on Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc .;
Write technical documentation and keep it up to date;
Stay on top of new trends and Microsoft 365 updates.
2+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Support Technician;
Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer;
Experience in administering license portals in Microsoft 365 Administration;
Experience with the Microsoft Teams for Business Administration Center;
Experience in migrating emails to Microsoft 365;
Communication skills, sense of urgency, stress management;
Microsoft certifications: MCP, MCSA, MCSE or MCITP (assets);
DEC in IT support or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
