The Microsoft 365 Specialist will be responsible of supporting the complex issues of many corporate clients of the company.
Assist customers and effectively solve problems;
Support Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory, Word, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc .;
Write technical documentation and keep it up to date;
Stay on top of new trends and Microsoft 365 updates.
5+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Specialist;
Strong knowledge of Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc .;
Experience in administering license portals in Microsoft 365 Administration;
Experience with the Microsoft Teams for Business Administration Center;
Experience in migrating emails to Microsoft 365;
Communication skills, sense of urgency, stress management;
Microsoft certifications: MCP, MCSA, MCSE or MCITP (strong assets);
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
