The Computer Technician will be responsible for performing the Level 2 support to users of the company while providing excellent customer service.
Install and configure new workstations and mobile devices;
Search for solutions to solve complex problems;
Ensure perfect customer service at all levels;
Be able to escalade on time and at the right level tickets;
Perform technical installations and the management of the computer equipment on various sites;
Maintain inventory of computer equipment;
Creation of technical documents;
