Tasks/Responsibilities

The Computer Technician will be responsible for performing the Level 2 support to users of the company while providing excellent customer service.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Install and configure new workstations and mobile devices;

Search for solutions to solve complex problems;

Ensure perfect customer service at all levels;

Be able to escalade on time and at the right level tickets;

Perform technical installations and the management of the computer equipment on various sites;

Maintain inventory of computer equipment;

Creation of technical documents;

Manage user-access.

Profile

  • 2+ years of experience as a computer technician level 2
  • Experience in the following technologies: PC components / server [x86] devices, Windows operating systems, office software, terminal emulators, followed by software service calls, data backup software, mail servers, antivirus
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory management and GPO
  • Technical certifications and / or software (important asset)
  • Knowledge of ERP software in hosted mode (asset)
  • Must be open to evening shift and weekends (on rotation)
  • Computer studies or equivalent
  • Car needed
  • Bilingual (French and English).
