IT Trainer

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Trainer will be responsible of creating e-learning training on internal tools, mainly on change management following the implementation of ServiceNow, Oracle and Microsoft 365 in the company.

MORE PRECISELY

• Define training needs, build lesson plans and design teaching materials
• Create e-learning capsules using Camtasia and integrate them into the training center in SharePoint
• Facilitate training sessions for employees on the various software
• Work in project mode and ensure sound change management

PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Trainer
• Good interpersonal skills and skills in popularizing technical concepts
• Experience in Microsoft 365 environment and proficiency in SharePoint
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Oracle (strong assets)
• Focused on sound change management
• BAC in computer science or the equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
