The IT Technician will be responsible of regularly visiting the company’s clients to solve various technical problems and to support employees on hardware and software.
Carry out repairs, installations and technical support;
Contribute to the sound management of deployment projects for customers;
Provide quality service to employees of small and medium-sized businesses;
Work with environments primarily on Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux.
3+ years of experience as a Computer Technician;
Knowledge of network administration (asset);
Interest in traveling in the greater Montreal area;
Experience in Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux environment;
Technological versatility, adaptability and desire to learn;
Interpersonal skills, strong in customer service;
Resourcefulness and autonomy;
DEP in computer science or the equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
