The IT Technician will be responsible of going to the company’s clients to resolve various technical problems and to remotely support level 2 requests.
Provide quality service to employees of small and medium-sized businesses;
Offer technical support on computer hardware and software;
Work in Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365 environments;
Work in a team of around 10 IT Support Technicians.
3+ years of experience as an IT Support Technician;
Interest in traveling in the Quebec region;
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365;
Technological versatility and desire to learn;
Relational skills, strong in customer service;
Resourcefulness and autonomy;
DEP in computer science or equivalent;
