The IT Technician will be responsible of providing level 1 and 2 technical support to the company’s various SME clients.
Support users, document requests and provide solutions;
Contribute to the management of IT infrastructures (system/network) and upgrades;
Issue various recommendations and coordinate installations (hardware and software);
Ensure the computer security of each client and ensure the stability of the systems;
Write various management reports and keep technical documentation up to date.
2+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft365, G Suite, VPN, VMware, Hyper-V;
Knowledge of IP telephony, CISCO, SonicWall, Linux (assets);
Technological versatility, curiosity and resourcefulness;
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills;
Experience in pre-sales or IT sales (strong asset);
DEP in computer science or the equivalent;
French required, basic English.
