IT Technician (Level 3)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician (Level 3) will be responsible of supporting the System/Network Administrator in the IT projects of the company in full technological transformation.

MORE PRECISELY

Perform operations related to systems and the network;

Contribute to deployments, updates, backup management, etc.;

Ensure the creation of users in SCCM;

Participate in migration projects, such as Hyper-V virtualization to VMware;

Work in a Microsoft 365, CISCO, Veeam Backup, Linux environment.

PROFILE

3+ years of experience as an IT Technician;

Professional experience in systems operations and networking;

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and CISCO;

Experience with SCCM, VMware, Veeam Backup;

DEC in computer science or equivalent;

French required, English being an asset.
