The IT Technician will be responsible of supporting the company’s customers remotely with regard to more complex computer problems.
Provide quality service to employees of small and medium-sized businesses;
Analyze and solve Level 3 technical problems as well as support customers;
Support approximately 4,000 workstations spread over more than 160 sites;
Work with environments mainly on Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365;
Work in a team of approximately 20 IT technicians.
2+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Professional experience in Level 2-3 technical support (complex problems);
Proficiency in Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365;
Technological versatility and desire to learn;
Interpersonal skills, strong in customer service;
Resourcefulness and autonomy;
DEP in computer science or the equivalent;
