The IT Technician will be responsible of supporting company employees (approximately 80% of the time) on Level 3 issues, then administering the IT infrastructure (approximately 20% of the time).
Provide technical support on hardware and software;
Configure, diagnose, and repair equipment (computers, Fortinet, IP telephony, etc.)
Contribute to the migration to Microsoft 365 and administer Active Directory;
Work in an environment of 400 workstations in more than 20 sites and more than 35 servers.
4+ years of experience as an IT Technician;
Professional experience in level 3 technical support;
Proficiency in Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10;
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and GPO deployment;
Proficiency in the Microsoft Teams Administration Center;
Knowledge of Fortinet equipment (FortiGate, FortiAP, FortiSwitch);
Experience with DNS, DHCP, VMware, Veeam Backup, IP Telephony services (strong assets);
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required and functional English).
