Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing level 2 technical support to the company’s 70 employees and consultants.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

  • Receive requests, then test and fix issues
  • Plan and configure computer hardware and equipment
  • Contribute to the implementation of cybersecurity, backup, and monitoring tools
  • Document the ticketing system and keep the IT equipment up to date
  • Work in an environment primarily on Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL, WatchGuard
  • Work at the heart of a team of three IT technicians and an IT director

 

 

PROFILE

 

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Technician
  • Professional experience in level 2 technical support
  • Experience in Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
  • Knowledge of WatchGuard firewall
  • Experience with a ticketing system
  • Microsoft 365 certification (strong asset)
  • Good team spirit and ability to adapt
  • Skill in popularizing technical concepts
  • DEP in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
