Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing level 2 technical support to the company’s 300 employees and consultants.
MORE PRECISELY
- Carry out the configuration and updates of the different workstations
- Support users on the IT equipment and software used
- Work in 80% support and 20% project mode, in an environment on Windows, Microsoft 365, Cisco
- Work at the heart of an IT team of 5 people (Technicians, Administrators, Team Lead, IT Director)
PROFILE
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Technician
- Professional experience in a Windows environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and anti-virus
- Knowledge of Cisco products (asset)
- Impeccable client service
- DEC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
